- Payment Terms:
– All orders must be paid in advance before the commencement of production or delivery.
– We accept payments through bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and other agreed-upon methods.
– Payment details will be provided upon confirmation of your order.
- Credit Policy:
– Tiwari Steel Integrated does not offer credit terms to customers. Payment in advance is mandatory for all orders.
- Order Cancellation:
– Cancellation of an order is subject to the following conditions:
– Cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent to sales@tiwaristeel.com.
– Orders can only be canceled before the production process begins.
– A cancellation charge of 15% of the total product value will be deducted from the refund.
– The remaining amount after the deduction will be refunded to the customer through the original payment method.
- Product Quality and Inspection:
– Tiwari Steel Integrated is committed to delivering high-quality products.
– Customers are encouraged to inspect the products upon delivery.
– Any quality issues or discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of product delivery.
- Delivery and Lead Times:
– The estimated delivery date will be communicated upon order confirmation.
– Tiwari Steel Integrated will make reasonable efforts to meet the specified delivery dates, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Tiwari Steel Integrated is not liable for any such delays.
- Returns and Refunds:
– Returns will only be accepted for products with manufacturing defects or quality issues reported within the stipulated 7-day period.
– Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 30 days from the date of return approval.
- Ownership and Risk:
– Ownership of the products will transfer to the customer upon full payment.
– The risk associated with the products will transfer to the customer upon delivery.
- Force Majeure:
– Tiwari Steel Integrated shall not be liable for any delay or failure in the performance of its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, labor disputes, or governmental actions.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
– These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kalyan Maharashtra , India.
– Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kalyan , Maharashtra.
