Delivery of goods will be made only against 100% advance payment. The payment is to be made against a proforma order, and no goods will be dispatched without receiving the full payment in advance.

Any defects found in the delivered goods must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. No claims will be entertained after this period.

Any inspection or special testing required for the goods will incur additional charges, which are not included in the basic price.

The size and thickness of the goods are subject to a tolerance of ±14%. This tolerance is considered acceptable and no claims will be entertained for variations within this limit.

Once goods are sold, they cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

Our liability for the goods ceases once the vehicle carrying the goods leaves our premises. Any further responsibility lies with the buyer. We are not responsible for any damages of Goods and services while Transportation.

Goods will be subject to extra charges for GST, loading, unloading, transport, Insurance and shifting is Your Scope. These costs are not included in the product price.

No terms and conditions will be provided for special make orders. All special orders are treated as final and are non-refundable.
